Savchenko Tatyana Dmitriyevna
She graduated from Kuban State University with majoring in Teacher of Russian as Foreign Language and Philologist Russianist.
Area of T.D. Savchenko’s expertise includes studies on methods of Russian language and literature teaching at higher school, Russian as a foreign language, study of “Caucasus text” of contemporary Russian literature, as well as the Russian language and achievements promotion in the contemporary globalizing world, strengthening of Russian language positions as a means of intercultural and interethnic dialogue.
Associate Professor T.D. Savchenko actively participates in Russian and foreign international congresses and conferences. She was an expert at the All-Russian Conference on Organization of the Day of Slavonic Alphabet and Culture (Pyatigorsk, PSU). She organized a seminar on advanced training of the Russian language and literature teachers in Tbilisi (Georgia).
T.D. Savchenko published a range of scientific publications in Russian scientific academic journals and foreign scientific journals, listed in Scopus international base.
She provides classes of History of Russian Literature (Old Russian Literature, Russian Literature in XVIII-XIX centuries), Theoretic Stylistics, Practical Stylistics and Editing at the Department of Literature Art; and Russian Language, Russian Language and Speech Culture, Russian Literature, as well as Script and Directing Fundamentals, Technological Practicum of Social and Cultural Activity at the Secondary Vocational Education.
Tatyana Savchenko is a supervisor (together with Prof. V.I. Shulzhenko) of cultural and educational projects: New Parnas, Visual Word, The Arks’ Board; curator of scientific and innovative projects: Professional Studies, Philologists and Philology, Caucasus Literature Circle, Russian without Borders, University-Museum-School, Spiritual Fundamentals of the Caucasus, Creativity that Transforms the World, Street Poetry Festival.
