The VI Conference of the Polish Language Teachers took place in Moscow from 10 to 13 October. The Conference was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in the Russian Federation, Bristol Association of Polish and International Teachers of Polish language as Foreign, School of Polish Language and Culture of Silesian University, consulting department of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland, Russian State Humanitarian University, and Polish Congress in Russia.
The program of the conference included methodic seminars and master classes taught by Professor Eva Jaskula, Doctor of Sciences from Silesian University in Katowice, and Doctor Danuta Galyga from Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
Members of Polonia organization (Polish diaspora), school teachers, as well as Polish language lectors from the Russian universities took part in the courses.
Pyatigorsk State University was represented by Justyna Pilak, lector of Polish language at the Chair of language art and pedagogic technologies of the philological education of ITaM. During the conference, she completed advanced training in Russian State Humanitarian University in additional program “Teaching of Polish Language”.
