Development of New Areas of International Cooperation in Erasmus+ Program
Institute of Translatology and Multilingualism (chair of Literature and Pedagogic Technologies of Philological Education) took part in Erasmus+ programs together with University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Aizan Ismailova, I year master’s student (Pedagogic Education, Linguopedagogic Models of Teaching Russian as Foreign Language) has become the first student to participate in the student exchange.
The disciplines spectrum is wide: a history of literature, English language, radio broadcast, and others. The university provides for open lectures, conferences, and other interesting events. A traditional event called “Dni Humana” took place in April, in which Aizen Ismailova took part together with other Russian students. The students prepared a report about famous representatives of the Caucasus.
Olsztyn is a unique place for student life with a campus, which has everything necessary for a good and interesting pastime. There are stores, laundry, beach, stadium, sports area, bars, and karaoke.
Erasmus+ program is an opportunity to dive into the culture of another country, to study in the European university, to improve communicative skills, and to make new friends from over the globe.
Cooperation between Pyatigorsk State University and University of Warmia and Mazury within Erasmus+ program makes a significant contribution into the development of international activity of the universities, their institutes and chairs, strengthens intercultural communication and develops the student mobility.
