Mikhaylyuk Olga Viktorovna

Olga Viktorovna Mikhaylyuk graduated from Pyatigorsk State Technological University, majoring in Finance and Credit (qualification of economist) in 2002.

She defended her candidate thesis on “Harmonizing the Interests of Economy Subjects and Formation of Financial Grounds of the Territories (based on the materials of the municipal structures)” (08.00.01 Economic theory, 08.00.01 Finance, Money Circulation, and Credit, 2007, Stavropol).

Area of expertise: municipal finance, budgetary federalism, budget planning, harmonization of economic interests, innovational development, territorial development, territorial marketing.

O.V. Mikhaylyuk published more than 100 scientific and methodological works. She is a graduating scientific editor of more than 10 monographs, co-author of 19 collective monographs, co-author of 8 text-books (including text-books in Urait Federal Publishing House).

She is a co-author of two databases in the Register of Databases of the Federal Service on Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation (certificates of database registration RU 2013621499, RU 2013621500).

O.V. Mikhaylyuk is an awardee of the competition for the best book on the Caucasus in the nomination of Economy for her book “Timely Problems and Strategic Perspectives of the North Caucasus Macroregion Development” (2012). Her book “Innovation Vector of the North Caucasus Macroregion Development” won a nomination of Economy and Management at the All-Russia Competition for the Best Scientific Book 2014.

She is the head of the scientific and research laboratory “Economic and Ecologic Problems of the North Caucasus Macroregion Development” at PSU.
